Thurs, Jul 6 – Minnekhada, Coquitlam (regular hike)

Week 3
Wed, Jul 12 – Rocky Point
Thurs, Jul 13 – Coquitlam Crunch (bottom to top)

Week 4
Tues, Jul 18 – Quarry Rock, North Vancouver (have additional 10lbs backpack)
Wed, Jul 19 – Stanley Park

Week 5
Wed, Jul 26 – Gym
Thurs, Jul 27 – Coquitlam Crunch (bottom to top x2)

Week 6
Wed, Aug 2 – Queen Elizabeth Park
Thurs, Aug 3 – Grouse Grind, North Vancouver (as fast/comfortable as possible)

Week 7
Wed, Aug 9 – Stanley Park
Thurs, Aug 10 – Near Coquitlam Crunch (fitness test)

Week 14
Thur, Sept 28 – Wrap Up, Location TBD
   Open to members of all levels.

Week 8
Wed, Aug 16 – Rocky Point
Thur, Aug 17 – Near Coquitlam Crunch (fitness test)

Week 9
Wed, Aug 23 – Queen Elizabeth Park
Thur, Aug 24 – Burnaby Mountain (have additional 20lbs in backpack)

Week 10
Wed, Aug 30 – Gym
Thur, Aug 31 – Minnekhada, Coquitlam (have additional 20lbs in backpack)

Week 11
Wed, Sept 6 – Queen Elizabeth Park
Thur, Sept 7 – Grouse Grind (try to push previous time)

Week 12
Wed, Sept 13 – Stanley Park
Thurs, Sept 14 – Coquitlam Crunch (have additional 20 lbs in backpack, STAIRS ONLY x6)

Week 13
Wed, Sept 20 – Rocky Point
Thur, Sept 21 – Quarry Rock (have additional 30lbs in backpack)

Week 14
Wed, Sept 27 – Near Coquitlam Crunch (Fitness Test)
Thur, Sept 28 – Wrap Up, Location TBD
